It is critical to include the following information on the transfer so we can marry up the payments (the EFT screens usually have "description" and "remitter" cells):
Description: R + first 3 characters of your surname (or as many characters as your bank's system allows (eg RHAGGS)
Remitter: Your member number
(that way if you make a typo that goes unnoticed we will be able to work out who is renewing).
